Passionate about creating long-term value for startups and corporates, Lars previously managed early-stage tech investments at Fluxunit – OSRAM Ventures and began his career at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on corporate development and transformation.

He actively builds and nurtures the local innovation ecosystem to enable BSH internal clients to access and partner with innovation resources across China. As a startup mentor of various programs, he is enthusiastic about bridging those to Chinese resources for product realization.

Stefanie is a Venture Manager at BSH Startup Kitchen. Her responsibilities range from assessing business challenges of BSH units, finding the best-fitting startup and supporting proof-of-concepts with the clear goal to establish long-term partnerships beyond successful POCs. Within BSH Startup Kitchen, she is responsible for all topics around sales, marketing and customer service.

He has a strong passion for innovative business models. Prior to BSH Startup Kitchen, Guney worked in investment banking and venture capital focusing in early stage startups.
